Welcome to April 10th! It’s a great day to buy a Mosquito Net!
As you know, the MLP has purposed to raise money for malaria intervention through Compassion International’s Malaria Intervention Fund. Malaria is a preventable and treatable disease, yet every year it affect between 300 and 500 million people. In fact, malaria accounts for 1 death every 30 seconds in Africa alone.
But there is good news.
A small donation of $10 can make a world of difference for a child living in at-risk areas. For $10, a little girl can cover her bed with a mosquito net that protects her from malaria-carrying mosquitoes that are highly active at night. For $10 an infected boy can receive life-saving treatment. $10 might buy a lunch in America. In Africa, $10 can save a life.
Today is the day. Donate $10 buy visiting Compassion International’s Malaria Intervention Fund (click HERE). Once you’ve done it, come back here and let us know in the comments. You can also follow the Twitterthon by using the hashtag #10on10 (that’s ten-on-ten). You won’t be entered in any giveaway. Instead, you’ll be giving away a chance to someone who needs it.
That is good news.
Will you join us? And after you have joined us, will you spread the word? Let’s make a difference today.

Hope you and Ambs have a good weekend…
Loved your interview. Glad I popped in at Twitter today–normally I never take time during the day, but this is our week off school. Anyway, I slipped over there. Count me as one of your 10on10. And it was quite fun to hear my own advice not to think too small.
{{Smiles}} I just made a contribution Seth & Amber. So thrilled to be a part of this VERY worthwhile, LIFE SAVING initiative :).
Thank you for your persistence and encouragement to make a difference for others.
